The program is designed for a mix of senior talent and would be most valuable to agency leadership, partners and directors across new business, account management, finance, business affairs, and production.

We recommend 4-6 people. This is small enough to foster a safe environment where people can speak freely, yet big enough to get conversation going. We can help you decide the right mix of attendees. Get in touch with us.

Each session is conducted by Rachel Mays or Emilie Douque with a run time between 1 and 1.5 hours. The format is a unique mix of presentation, coaching and workshops.

Sessions are conducted remotely. We think one session per week works best. In-person sessions over the course of 1 or 2 days can be discussed at an additional price.

There are a total of 8 sessions to choose from, and we recommend 5 sessions of your choosing. You can add more sessions if you wish.

We recommend Session 1 as mandatory for all attendees. If you want to dive into the MSA topics, we advise you to complete all 3 sessions. Get in touch, and we can help you fill in the rest.

No. There are no mandatory homework assignments, and participants apply what they learn to real world negotiations. The discussion points are shared ahead of each session in case participants wish to ponder them in advance.

If a participant suddenly can’t make a session we can record it for them.

All of WOW’s negotiation scenarios will have bearing on the SOW, Agency Fee or Contract. Second, regardless of who handles the negotiation, each scenario should be classified as a “business development opportunity” or an opportunity to evolve your agency’s business.

WOW can begin during urgent scope and contract negotiations or we can remove ourselves from agency workflow and get ahead of the game. You simply select someone to take ownership of WOW, and we work with this person to select the participants and tailor it to your business.
